You’ll be able to find a huge amount of information there, but when it comes down to it who better to provide the answers than those of us who have been there, done it, and have got the scar on the neck. I am undertaking research into the
long-term after effects of radioactive iodine.
If you have had RAI in the past for thyroid disease and feel that
symptoms you are experiencing now are a result of this treatment, please
email me giving me the date of your RAI treatment and your current symptoms.
Also if you wish to share any tips or

This web site has been here for a couple of years now and so far has mostly my input. I've given details of my experience in the hope that it will help others. In time I hope that others with cancer of the thyroid will offer their stories, experiences and tips so that we can create a source of help and reference for all those seeking it. I'd like to build up the Tips section so that new sufferers can benefit from the things we learned the hard way. Also it would great if the Q/A section can become a source of reference. Remember all the questions you wanted answered when you were first diagnosed? There's also a forum for discussion on thyroid cancer-related topics.
